What devices does Shuru TV support?

Shuru TV works on Google TV and Android TV devices running Android 6.0 (API 23) or higher. This includes smart TVs from Sony, TCL, Hisense, and streaming devices like Chromecast with Google TV.

Is Shuru TV free?

Yes, Shuru TV is completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Shuru TV does not require any account creation, login, or personal information to use.

The app is not loading or shows a blank screen

Try these steps: (1) Check your internet connection. (2) Go to Settings → Apps → Shuru TV → Clear cache. (3) Restart your TV device. (4) Uninstall and reinstall the app from Google Play.

How do I navigate the app?

Use your TV remote's directional pad (D-pad) to navigate. Press the center/select button to choose items. Press the back button to go to the previous screen.

How do I delete my data?

All data is stored locally on your device. Go to Settings → Apps → Shuru TV → Clear data, or uninstall the app. See our Data Deletion page for detailed instructions.

Content is buffering or playing slowly

This is usually due to your internet connection. Shuru TV requires a stable internet connection for streaming. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for smooth playback.
